Construction

SW Chelsea have extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial and residential sectors. Our team specialise in providing full construction services from soft strip and demolition works (including temporary works), to the installation of specialist finishes.

Through our inhouse team and our network of specialist trade contractors and suppliers we are able to provide construction advice to our clients to ensure that they are receiving the right information and support to fulfil the project brief.

We will liaise with and co-ordinate the design team as necessary to ensure we achieve the results expected from us, we promote strong communication through the team to achieve our client’s objectives.

SW Chelsea will assist with logistics planning, party wall matters, building control, planning matters and will liaise with all Statutory Authorities to ensure that even the most complex projects run on time and to the agreed budget.

We pride ourselves on our proactive and approachable and nature and will work with our clients to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible, we always endeavour to keep stakeholders and neighbours informed of the works to keep any disruption to the minimum.

Maintenance

SW Chelsea started life as a repairs and maintenance company and this has allowed us to expand into main contracting, however our small works team remain a core part of our business.

Our quality of work and approach have allowed us to forge strong client relationships and much or our orderbook is based on repeat business from satisfied customers.
